If a set of steps does not produce the pattern shown in the diagram, that is a bug and worth reporting. Include the page, the pattern name and what happened instead.
Pattern submissions
New patterns are considered if they have a name, a documented use and are meaningfully different from something already listed. Include a photograph of the finished shoe.
